Hi,
I am 31 year old female looking for a room to rent. I am thinking for only 2-3 months but if it went well maybe long term. I am on furlough and need to cut costs until I am working full time again (which should be soon?). I have a fully furnished place, but plan to put everything in storage. I am always down to do whatever, but love going to shows at red rocks and cervantes or spending time outdoors. I backpack and travel often in the summer. I have a BS in Biology from CU and work in clinical research, but occasionally pick up a second job waitressing/bartending/promo for extra cash.

As far as roommates go, common decency and common sense are my main requirements followed by laid back and employed. The ideal living situation would probably be in a house with two or more roommates where everyone is coming and going pretty often. 420 friendly. Ideally, roommate(s) that party or socialize nearly every weekend and occasionally a week night if it were a special occasion. Don't care if they are male or female. I am a clean person, but don't mind a little mess or occasionally picking up after others.

I have a 13 pound yorkie/terrier mix that is 7 years old. She is potty trained, doesn't shed, and only barks if someone is at the door. I am considering having her stay with my grandma for a couple months if it limits my rental options, but ideally it would be me and my dog who follows me everywhere. She loves to hike, run, play, and cuddle.
