Detailed Lease Terms . Tenant should have Good credit and steady income at least 2 times the monthly rent. Verifiable positive rental and/or home ownership history. NO Smoking. 12 month lease, with 12 month renewals The first months rent with cost of utilities $275 monthly flat fee is $1995 per month, with deposit ($1800). SMALL pets to be approved on a case-by-case basis (with additional monthly pet fee of $25). Additional nonrefundable fees: $200 deep cleaning fee (after move out).
