Bedroom for Rent in house in Brookland!
Private bedroom available on the second floor of this group house in Brookland (NE DC) starting Oct 1 (can be flexible)!
About the Room:
-It currently fits a full sized bed, a dresser, desk, and nightstand (furniture is not included in the bedroom), sizable closet
-Shared bathroom with two other ladies
-Rent: $1,000 plus utilities ($100) (water, gas, electric, internet, cable, HBO, Netflix), 1 month rent for security deposit
About the House:
The house is currently occupied by young-professional roommates who are all neat, respectful, and friendly! All leases are separate, so there will be no issues when one person decides to move out and the others want to stay.
-Open kitchen/living room - includes brand new Samsung appliances. Plus wine fridge (!!)
-Furnished common room areas (living room + kitchen + sunroom)
-Washer/Dryer
-Large front patio and large backyard with patio furniture
-Plenty of street parking
-10 min walk to Rhode Island Ave metro( red line), 13 min walk to Brookland metro & Catholic University
