The N Judah is about a 8 min walk away.
Easy parking by SF standards, no permit needed.

Room & house features:
The room is 12.5”x 18” not including bathroom, so it’s huge
Lots of morning light - second to last picture is a view from the window
Private bathroom with shower
Private double kitchen sink
A real, actual kitchen incl. dishwasher, gas stove
Free washer/dryer in house (fuck laundromats, seriously)
You’ll be on one side of the house, so it’s pretty private
One person only, no couples
Fast Sonic fiber internet
Utilities split evenly among the three roomies
After 5 months, it's month to month.
Room will be unfurnished
No hard drugs or parties
No pets
