Andrea R - $852/month

I have known Andrea since we were toddlers and lived with her for over 3 years. Andrea always communicated with me on any changes in her schedule or things going on that would impact our living together. For example, she always gave advance notice if a friend was planning to visit and would get my input on them staying in our spare bedroom. I never had any issues with splitting rent and utilities and making sure they were paid on time. Zero problems with having guests over, sharing a single bathroom, living space, laundry, and kitchen. We would hang out and do things together, but she is also very comfortable with just hanging out in her room if either of us just wanted to be alone. There is plenty of space in the apartment and we typically kept it clean, but it was lived in. The large majority of our individual clutter was contained in our respective bedrooms. We took turns cleaning or splitting chores when needed. Overall, Andrea is understanding and very easygoing as a roommate. We were always able to work things out with very minimal (if any) conflict. She is a fantastic friend and roommate. I have since relocated for my job but if I were to ever have a roommate again, it would be her.
