Hi! I am looking for a roommate for a 2bd 2br in Southpark. It has in-unit laundry, good parking, pool/gym, water utilities, and access to neighborhood walking trails included in rent. Base rent is $1970 for the whole apt (985/person.) The extra bedroom gets a lot of natural light, and you’d have your own bathroom. Living situation does come with two cats who love people, and me (very quiet and I work regular hours.)
