Originally from Georgia I’ve been in NYC since graduating college. I work for a non profit arts in education social justice organization and am working from home for the remainder of the school year. I typically work 9:00-5:00 and have a office space set up in my bedroom.
In my free time I like to read, watch tv, cook, talk to friends and family, shop, and work on virtual theatre and music projects. Pre Covid I loved going to the theatre, movies, gym, and out with my friends. I also did a lot of theatre and sang with a chorus.
I like to keep the apartment clean. I’m that person who makes my bed every day but only dusts every couple weeks.
I’m fine with partners staying over occasionally. LGBTQ friendly. BLM

Massive bedroom available in 2BR elevator/doorman building
Massive bedroom available in a two bedroom doorman/elevator condo building. Lots of natural light in the bedrooms. Laundry in building.
Great location, two blocks to the train (NQR,456, F) and walking distance to Central Park. There are City Bike docks within two blocks in every direction. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom is huge and big enough for a king size bed, wardrobe, work station, shelves, etc.
I am working from home (non profit arts in education social justice org) and have an office space set up in my bedroom. In my free time I like to read, watch tv, hang out with my boyfriend (who occasionally stays over in my room), go for socially distanced masked walks, cook, go shopping, and work on virtual theatre/music projects. I’m pretty laid back and like to keep things clean in the apartment.
The room is currently unoccupied, so the move in date is flexible.
