There is an open kitchen and we cook. Given the layout of the house, we prefer that late-night cooking of meals (after 9:00/9:30 pm) not be a habit.

One HUGE unfurnished studio-sized room on the 2nd floor. The bathroom for this room is also on 2nd floor shared with one roommate. The room has a large closet and 3 large windows. It can fit a queen sized bed, couch, desk, dresser and bookcase. It really is like having your own studio, ideal for working from home before we return to office.

The historic Fort Greene neighborhood is one of the nicest in the city. The house is 1 min from C and G trains and 6-7 min from 2,3,4,5,N,Q,R,B,D at Atlantic Terminal. Great cafes, bars and restaurants. 24 hr groceries and a Whole Foods. One block from Fort Greene Park which was always a boon but is even more so right now.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
The Roommates:
2 females, mid 30s and 40. One works in admin at a hedge fund the other is an architect, both working from home currently.
We have found things remain very amicable and friendly when there is generosity towards roommates and shared but easy responsibility of the house, which is already very well set-up.
Over the last few years the apartment has been a good home to people who might work long hours and want a peaceful, drama-free retreat. In the pandemic we have worked harmoniously from home, and will be testing the return to work in the coming months.
