I’m a pretty chill roomie! We can go half on household item such as paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods etc. We would buy separate groceries but I’m totally cool with sharing things like butter, bread and seasonings.
My biggest ask is no shoes in the house!

I’m looking for someone to move in 3/1/24.
The apartment has great amenities, heat and A/C in all bedrooms and shared space, a balcony on the main level, laundry in unit, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge. You would have your own bedroom, bathroom, Juliet balcony and entrance on a separate floor.
The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Bed Stuy. It is about a seven minute walk to the J train (Gates Ave), 15 minutes to the C(Ralph Ave), and 20 minutes to the A(Utica Ave). You are also close to the B52 and the B46 buses. There are two supermarkets, plenty of coffee shops, a Family Dollar, and a Blink gym all within a 5-10 minute walk. The only downside to the apartment, truly, is it’s a 4 floor walk up.
The total rent for this apartment is $3296.77, meaning your portion is $1648.39. The person moving in would need to be comfortable signing a 9 month sublease agreement, but it can be extended at the end of this current lease if you choose to stay, be clean, respectful and financially able to maintain their share of the rent and utilities (Wifi [$50], ConEd [~$98 in the summer ~$160 in the winter] and National Grid [$44]).
