Hello! The apartment is located in Astoria Heights which is quiet but walking distance from a laundromat (right in the corner), grocery store, public transit, and all the restaurants and bars on Ditmars blvd. The room has a skylight and we have a great view of the city skyline from the livingroom. I am pretty chill, occasionally have friends over and don't mind if you do the same but I do like to keep things clean! I also do not have a traditional work schedule as I am in the hospitality industry.
