Hi! I'm looking for a nice, queer-friendly person to take over my lease in a 3-bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens starting on 03/01/2025! (Move-in date can be flexible if needed.) The lease takeover will end on 7/31/2025, so it's a 5-month commitment.
I've just been relocated for work, but my two former roommates -- Ashley and Emma! -- are staying in the apartment, along with one small cat! 😊
Private room on the 3rd floor, with updated amenities including AC/heat, an in-unit washer and dryer, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 cool skylights. Only a 2-minute walk from Winthrop St. station, as well as right next to great food and cafe options (Ciao Bella is only a block away, my fav coffee shop ever!!). Prospect Park is also only a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
I took the couch, bean bag, and bedroom furniture when I moved out, but all other living room and kitchen furniture will stay — but of course can be reorganized! :) BEDROOM IS UNFURNISHED!
Ashley and Emma are both in their twenties, clean, and respectful. And the cat is very sweet & litter box trained; she’s a tortie, and her name is Freyja!
