eastaway apartments is a luxury apartment complex near LAX, LMU, and Otis it has tons of amazing amenities including a clubhouse with a pool table, kitchen, and two flat screen televisions with cable a medium sized gym a pool with jacuzzi a BBQ area with dining tables and lounge seating a small herb, fruit, and pepper garden and a rooftop with lounge. My apartment is a modern contemporary style interior with one bedroom which is mine, one bathroom which will be shared, a nice kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and sink. The room that I am renting out is my living room , it is fully furnished only thing that needs to be provided is a mattress for the living room bed which is queen size, if you want a different sleeping setup I can get rid of the day bed that would be arranged for you. There is a big flat screen tv in the living room and a medium sized balcony with seating. I am looking for someone who is OCD and somewhat similar to me.
