Hi. My name's Brian. I attend DU and work for a non-profit which specializes in forest and animal preservation. I have a dog - Rocky (he's a baby mini-dach). I don't drink alot (just occasionally), I don't smoke cigarettes, I love to hangout once every now and then, I don't keep so many friends (I've only got a small circle of 3) and I'm generally a private person (I keep to myself mostly - I only talk if i'm invited to). Most of all, I love to stay clean. I keep my house very well maintained (especially the lawn and the yard).

I want a roommate - (or maybe two coz I've got an extra room)

I live in a 3 bedroom, all ensuite with lots of space. Located in Cherry creek (right by E lliff Avenue). It's got all the regular house items/appliances - heat, washer, dryer, refridgerator, oven, dish washer, disposal etc. I want a roommate(s). I'm welcome to any gender (doesn't matter), straight or LGBTQ (doesn't matter), friendly, open to adult/peaceful conversations, eager to maintain orderliness/house rules and very very clean. Everyone's FREE to do as they please, but our cleaning roster should not be taken for granted. And, oh yes.. 420 is okay outside (backyard) if necessary.
Looking to begin a 10th of August agreement. I'm leaving town for a week so interested applicants should reachout as soon as possible (before I get back that is) so we can have a tour of the home.
