Looking for a roommate to join me in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house in Atwater Village. Includes driveway and street parking, front yard, backyard, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC/heating, updated appliances, and storage! $1,250/mo. Looking for easy-going professionals to share the space with.

I'm a Los Angeles native working as a personal assistant to a recording artist. I work from home and most days I'm in and out running errands. I'm on tour maybe 25% of the year and you will have the place to yourself. I live with a samoyed (dog) who loves people. She's very friendly but we are looking for roommates who understand what it means to live with an animal (not leaving food out, etc.) and don't mind if she barks at delivery people.

This is a non-smoking property (no weed or cigarettes), vapes are ok. I've been vegetarian my whole life and would prefer if raw meat and fish isn't cooked in the house. I'm okay with takeout, deli meats, frozen things, but have lived enough to know that I'm bothered by seeing raw chicken, steak, etc. in the fridge every night. I know this will be a dealbreaker to most but I would rather state it upfront and find the right fit to share the space with someone else.
We clean the common areas once a week and can switch off (sweep/mop floors and wipe down surfaces).

I was born and raised in LA and always happy to introduce you to a local taco spot or bar. I enjoy snowboarding really poorly in the winter and going to see live music in the summer. Reach out if you think we'd get along!
