It's a clean, well-lighted space.
You must be willing to pay for move-in deposit with building, furnish the room and provide a security deposit of $2225. The monthly rent must be paid to the leaseholder on the first of the month + half of the cable WiFi ($93) + half of the monthly electricity charges.
