Rodney Y - $2,500/month

I am a finance professional, male aged 37. I moved abroad 6yrs ago (Paris, Rotterdam, London) and am finally on my way back for authentic NYC Pizza, and Bacon Egg & Cheeses. I am looking for a large room (can be furnished or unfurnished). I am available to move from 10/01/2024 and have a budget of $2,500/month. I would prefer to share with males, ideally older than 30. Have lived in Hells Kitchen, Murray Hill, Long Island City and Williamsburg. Will likely be working in Bryant Park or Hudson Yards 4 days a week, Fridays from home. I'm quite social, still have a few friends still in the city, and generally like to be out of the apartment on weekends. Will occasionally travel to LA. I like to cook, love music, wine, and on my lazy days I endeavor to conquer Netflix.

Ideally will live in the apt 6months while I get reaquainted with the city after being abroad for so long, and then will likely look for my own place. If the relationship is good, and there's availability perhaps I'll stay a year.
