Unfurnished room for rent in mill valley (strawberry neighborhood). $1465 before utilities (PGE&internet), two bed/one bath, shared laundry, large deck with a beautiful view of mount tam, and all new appliances. Preferred roommate: young working professional, female, clean and considerate with no pets

I am a 23 year old designer working at a firm in Novato. I got this place with my friend that I was planning to live with, but she has a family emergency and needs to move back home to deal with it. Because of this, I am looking for someone who can move in March 1st if possible. I have been having fun designing the communal areas so I hope to find someone who would only have furniture in their bedroom. I’m in the process of getting a rug, coffee table, plants and dining chairs.

There are guest parking spots that are first come first serve and plenty of parking available on the street. The room for rent is significantly bigger, but the rent is split evenly so I use the assigned carport. The room easily fits a queen bed with space for a desk, 6ft dresser and maybe even some shelves. My friend added shelving to the closet which she’s planning to leave behind
