My Name is Eddy and I Live with My Wonderful Girlfriend Victoria. We really need an Honest reliable roommate. The Location is close to Bus stop and Walmart/Plaza(Islington & 401) The Building is 3 stories high and its very Peaceful & Quiet. We dont Like alcohol or cigarettes. We like to take pictures and go for walks at the Beach and stay in cottage at the beach sometimes. We speak Spanish and English :)

You dont have to clean or wash dishes Only wash the pots and pans you use .

I disinfect the washroom and wash the floors Daily and Kitchen everytime we use it. I dont expect you to do anything if your Messy I dont care just close your room door. My Girlfriend Victoria is Messy but in the room she is 28yr and she goes to work as a Nanny everyday to someones house . Victoria is was Visiting Me from Punta Cana she is an auditor over there auditing the Hotels. She was stuck here when COVID hit and her job is on hold over there and I took a leave of absence from My Job. The air flow is Amazing in the apartment so it doesnt get dusty. There is lots of sunlight and the Sun hits from 1pm till Sunset with a view of Sunset since we are on the top floor.
The room dimensions are 28 Long 18ft wide and 14 ft high. Its a Big Room with lotsa closet space. Im very outgoing I work at a Hospital for 20 yrs . I meet a lot of people everyday and Im always here to help and make your life easier. I make empanadas /Grilled cheese,Fruit smoothy etc its a nice environment if you need to study. I have NO GUY friends and Victoria also doesnt have anyone come over . She goes out with her friends if they do come over there is a Chill Pad i just made and its really cool . its behind the wall in the living room pic I havent finished it yet thats why its not in the pic If You have any questions please feel free to email me
