THE APARTMENT: Three bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. A small kitchen space and one shared bathroom. No living room.
7-10 minute walk to Nassau G train station.
Laundromat across the street.
Block away from Cafe Grumpy and Brooklyn Standard. $1.00 coffee at the local deli on our block.
YOUR POTENTIAL ROOM: No closet but a rack for your stuff. One window. Tiny room. Approximately 8x12.
THE ROOMMATES:
Female - 41, loves respectful boundaries, occasionally funny, makes art on free time, works full time in an office, 9AM to 6PM. I am friendly, but I keep to myself.
