Furnished Room in Amazing Luxury Building in FIDI
Doorman building with crazy ammenities (think bowling alley, gym, pool, hot tub, dance room, squash court, basketball court, terrace, party room, study room), fully furnished and accessible to almost every subway in the city. You just can’t beat this space! Must be flexible and considerate, friendly but not looking for a new best friend. Your room has a separate entrance and ensuite bathroom. Furnished with a queen sized bed and a brand new Casper mattress and Garnett Hill cotton sheets. Cupboard, full length mirror, dresser, TV & Sonos. Shared public spaces with eclectic furniture. I have a 4 year old english bulldog who loves people so must love dogs.
Deposit = first and last month's rent. Split utilities and housekeeper every other week.
