30's gay male. Professional work 9-5, M-F.
Non-smoker. Very light 420. It's ok if you do but please light some incense.
Active but also like to be at home.
Light cooking during the week. Med to heavy cooking on occasional weekends.
Clean and pull my own weight but not a neat freak. No smells or dirty dishes please
May consider pets but not guaranteed.

Financially responsible w/ rent

-5min walk from Marcy JMZ
-PreWar building in S. Wburg (approx 24 units in building).
-apt located on ground floor and garden level.
-Well furnished apt but nothing fancy
-3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms, 1 office)
-2 full bathrooms
-kitchen w/ dishwasher
-spacious living room
-outdoor courtyard
really nice building superintendent

Roommate is moving out. Need someone to cover his space which includes:
-avg size bedroom w/ closet
-private office/flex space/bedroom w/ closet
-private bath w/ tub
All these rooms are located on the ground floor plus the kitchen.
My bedroom, my separate bathroom and the living room are located in the downstairs garden level. This is a spacious floor which ends up evening out the proportion of shared vs personal space.

OPTIONS:
- MIN 3 months (2k per month + utilities, 1st month + security deposit)
- 6 months (2k first 3 months + utilities. 1,800 for last 3 months. 1st month + security deposit)
- 1 year 1,800 per month + utilities + security deposit

I've been in the apt for almost 7 years. Has it's character and quirks but overall a very convenient and spacious apt.
