Hi! I'm going into my last year of architecture school at Illinois Tech. I like to relax at the apartment and be comfy. Besides being busy with school, I like to go out but am also very comfortable staying inside and binge watching tv. I like music, rock climbing, snowboarding, and Asian food.
The apartment has new appliances and a new bathroom. I keep the shared spaces relatively clean and am open to splitting cost of shared furnishing/kitchen equipment. Apartment is near several bus lines and divvy stations. Nice neighborhood located near 31st St and Henry Palmisano Park. electric/gas/wi-fi not included in rent and laundromat located half a block away.
