-Your space 🛏️

You would have the secondary bedroom which has a closet and balcony access and your own bathroom. The rest of the apartment is furnished but if you have furniture, we can try to make it work!

-The building 🏠

The building has a small gym and a pool. Ideally looking for someone to move in in January. Lease goes until late August. Your rent + utilities would be around $1,700 per month.

I’ve been living here for two years and really love this apartment! We are about a 5 min walk to the red line (Van Ness/UDC stop) and L and H busses, Giant and CVS. Rock Creek Park is about a 15 min walk away.
