Renovation Progress: The renovation of the house is now at an impressive 98% completion. I'm currently working on the half bath, including shower glass, closet doors, and shelves for both rooms. After this, the next exciting phase will be decorating, which I'm eager to undertake.
Entertainment: To make our shared living space even more enjoyable, I've purchased a pool table that will be delivered and set up in the near future. It will be a fantastic addition for recreation and entertaining.

Community: Our house is located in a private community consisting of 27 homes. While there's no gate, the community offers several amenities, including a half-court basketball area, a dog park, and a community pool. Notably, only two properties in the community, including mine, have a private pool. In my case, it's a spool with a tranquil water feature, creating a serene oasis right in our backyard.
Outdoor Beauty: The back patio is a true haven, with lush landscaping and a walkway lined with trees and plants. Your room has its own private entry through a keyed sliding glass door, providing convenient access to this outdoor paradise.
Outdoor Entertaining: For those who love outdoor cooking and entertaining, you'll be delighted to know that there's a top-of-the-line built-in gas grill, perfect for hosting barbecue nights or enjoying a meal al fresco.
Home Maintenance: I take pride in maintaining the landscaping and pool to ensure they are in pristine condition. You can enjoy a beautiful and well-kept outdoor space without any worries.

Storage: Please note that there is no additional storage space outside of the fully furnished room. This living situation can work well for various individuals, including graduate students, traveling professionals, or anyone who values a streamlined and clutter-free living space.
Overnight Guests: I'm open to having overnight guests within moderation and with mutual consideration.
Third Bedroom: The third bedroom, which is the smallest, is also being listed for rent. The first person to rent will be asked to participate in the selection process for the potential third roommate, ensuring compatibility and a harmonious living arrangement.
Clutter and Respect: I value a clean and organized living space and kindly request that my future roommate shares this sentiment. I take pride in our home's appearance and functionality and hope to find someone who will treat the property and everything within it with the same respect and care.
