Hi, my name is Rachel. I make a living by being a part time pharmacist, freediving instructor, and performance artist. Hobbies include rock climbing, hiking, freediving, ballroom dance, underwater photography/videography, vlogging, and reading. I'm looking to get back into skydiving as well. Master Bedroom w/ Private Bath in Home with active, hard-working professionals
Master room in shared housing situation available on May 1st. All utilities are shared equally among the room mates. $500 security deposit and first/last month rent required prior to moving in. Please read through the entire post as I've tried hard to answer as many questions as possible ahead of time.
The house:
-4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with solar panels to offset electricity bills.
-Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit and pool, washer/dryer, gas stove/oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher, gigabit internet
-34 minute drive from rock climbing at Red Rock Canyon, 34 minutes from water activities at Lake Mead, 20 minutes from Downtown and the Strip, and 11 minutes from McCarran International Airport. Less than 6 minutes to nearby grocery stores, banks, and restaurants.
-Spare bedroom furnished for visiting friends, family, or guests.
The rooms:
-Master bedroom: 14'x16', private bathroom/shower, one closet. Furnished or unfurnished. Large enough for a bedroom and home office. Open to renting to one person or a couple.
-Smaller room: 10'x11', shared bathroom, one closet. Furnished or unfurnished.
