My roommate and I have a room that will be available in August in Nomad. We have a three-bedroom apartment with one bathroom. There is an entry area with lots of storage and a full living room with two south-facing windows that allow for a lot of light and super high ceilings. The bedroom for rent has two nicely sized closets. The kitchen is a nice size with a stovetop, dishwasher, many cabinets, and plenty of counter space. The building has two elevators and a renovated laundry room in the basement.

We both went to Penn State and graduated in 2021. We like to go out on the weekends, go to the movies, and host game nights with friends. My roommate currently works from home, and I work in the office two or three days a week.

We are both morning people who go to bed earlier. We have lived in this apartment since November 2021, so we know the super and have had a great experience with this building. There are 6 train stops on our block and only three stops from Union Square. We are also only two blocks away from Trader Joe’s. We also live super close to Chic Fil A, Ralph’s Coffee, Sweetgreen, and Lenwich!
