Peaceful Apartment in Central L.A.
The apartment is located in the Park La Brea community which is a pretty safe place. They have parks, dog parks, gym, pool, a cafe, computer lab, a movie theater, and 24/7 security patrol. The apartment has a nice view of the city and your room is a pretty good size with a mirrored closet, and you will have your own bathroom. The community is close to bus stops, restaurants, shops, the La Brea Tar Pits, and The Grove. If you don’t believe me go check out the Park La Brea website.
WiFi, phone, and T.V. all together is $167. If you want to pay for only 1 of the 3 services it will be $27.84 each.
Parking is free. Reserved parking is between $30-$70.
No drugs, no smoking which includes weed. Occasional drink is okay.
