Hey, I’m a 25 yr old female. I love eating, hiking, dancing, singing, meditating, working out and pretty much anything that involves physical fitness. My newest obsession is aerial fitness! I am very clean but also not overly obsessive. As a roommate, I consider myself to be very considerate. Im not necessarily looking for a friend but also not opposed to it! I do believe that communication is important in ensuring a great roommate situation so I do try to communicate as well as I can. I welcome great communicators! I feel like your home should be peaceful and a safe haven so I have company but I do not have a ton of people running in and out of the house.
I am an entrepreneur in the creative field doing hair and makeup. Singing and dancing are also one of my passions as well.
With my career and all of my hobbies my hours do fluctuate and I don't have a set schedule. But I do stay very busy!
What I'm looking for in a roommate is someone that is able to communicate properly. Someone that is able to pay their rent on time. I don't mind roommates having company over because we both are adults and also it would be both of our apartment but I do prefer someone that does not have tons of random people over or random people running in and out. Ideally, I would like a roommate that doesn't like to argue , can communicate properly, respects my belongings as well as my space, can clean up after themselves , pays their rent on time.
