I'm a young professional looking for someone to lease out the spare bedroom in the house I’ll be moving into in august. I don’t own the home but it’s my aunts.
I love spending time outdooors - a good book and a glass of wine kinda gal these days. The party days are over for me- but definitely still love going out for good food, craft bars with good people.
I like to keep things quiet during the week - down for the occasional happy hour though and don't mind if you want people over, but communication is key. I work from home and work a lot of hours so it's important to me to find someone on the same page.
I do have a dog - she's a 4 year old boxer, very sweet, calm and well trained

Looking for one roommate - Bishop Arts
Im looking for one roommate by august but move in time flexible . It’s a cute 3 bedroom home - the third room is an office. Your room that I’m looking to lease out is the spare bedroom that has direct access outside. You’ll have your own bathroom but it’s not private access. It’s a little outdated but it’s an amazing location - short walk to bishop, has a large backyard, full ring security. The home will be fully furnished except your bedroom. There’s also a she-shed in the yard for storage but keep in mind there’s not a ton of excess space
