Large room, sunset park/greenwood $1200 june 1

The room is on the second floor of a shared townhouse on a quiet residential block. The room is large enough for a queen size bed plus dresser/ desk etc. This room is currently empty and being used for some extra storage so please excuse the pictures!(will post more/new ones later) It can come completely empty, or you can choose to use the queen size bed (with storage) and large freestanding closet currently there. (there's no other closet in this room). Your room comes with a large in window AC, and the house has hot water radiators and a thermostat which controls heat in the entire house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. If you want a private bathroom you can use the one in the basement, or you can share the one closer to your room. There's a shared common space on the first floor, living room, dining room and kitchen, also a great deck and backyard. The basement has a washer dryer, full bathroom, storage space, and my sewing studio.

Roommates: you'll be sharing the house with me and my roomate/cousin, both early 30's female, working professionals, and her two cats. We're both pretty chill people who like to hangout, drink wine and explore new restaurants. We both cook so you'll get to take advantage of some yummy leftovers! There's a ton of common space for gathering with friends, including the deck and yard for bbqs in the summer. Looking for someone female who's clean, responsible and fun! (but won't bring home a loud party in the middle of the night)

Neighborhood: Two blocks from the DNR trains, 20-30 mins to manhattan. It's super easy to get almost anywhere in the city, 1 express stop to Atlantic Av/Barclays Center. There's a taco truck at the top of the block in warm weather, and some great authentic mexican places in the area. There's also a great 24 hour bagel place right by the train. 5 blocks to sunset park, which has amazing views of the city skyline, lots of grass, and a olympic sized public pool open in the summer. 3 blocks to industry city which has a trendy food hall, lots of shopping, bars, restaurants and some cool outdoor space.

we'll share the electricity bill/wifi. (and HBO now etc. if you want.) We have a TV with chromecast, no cable.
