Great location in town! Gated covered parking, Corner unit on 3rd floor with view of the beautiful pool, lots of light, and an easy commute to downtown, midtown, medical center. All the amenities and restaurants of the River Oaks Shopping Center plus Whole Foods and Buffalo Bayou/Walking Path are easy walking distance. No pets or smoking. Some furniture can be moved if not wanted or you can rent room unfurnished. There is bike storage in the garage. Upstairs from pool. Quiet community. The bathroom is shared so flexible with rent and possibly cat. I am just seeking a good fit.
