We are clean and neat, always keeping the common areas tidy! We work in the city and have busy lives, which has resulted in several nights with no occupancy in the apartment. Sometimes it will be as if you have the whole apartment to yourself! Between the space, price, in unit washer & dryer, updated appliances, superb doormen, renovated building and prime location, Kaitlin and I would ideally like to re-sign for another year with another person. The unit is too good to let go quite yet!
