Looking for someone to take over a room in a 3 Bedroom apartment in Bushwick/Ridgewood, move in date is October 1st.It’s a railroad style apartment on the top floor of a three story apartment building.This bedroom is in the middle and it has a separate entrance to the apartment, its small but cozy, nobody has to go thru your room,you will get the room in the pictures as well as the hallway that nobody else would use other than you. Three blocks away from the Halsey L stop and 4 blocks from the M/L at Myrtle-Wyckoff. Utilities range from 40-60 dollars a month. The apartment is shared with two men both in their late twenties and early thirties working in creative fields. 420 and LGBTQ friendly. There’s two groceries stores and two laundry mats less than 3 blocks away. Rent is $ 685 per month ( 1st month plus deposit to move in, total of $ 1370)
