Conveniently located right down the street from Dolphin Mall, less than 5 minutes away from F.I.U.'s main campus and M.D.C.'s Doral campus. Signed rental agreement with valid ID & SS required. First and last months' rent deposit are necessary, the first month's rent will be prorated on a per day basis when moving in after the first day of the month. The pictures seen are not new, they were taken prior to the home being remodeled & painted in September last year. Must see the rental space in person to appreciate.
