H! I’m Freda and I’m currently looking for a long-term roommate for a February 1st move in date. I’m 24 years old, I work a hybrid job and I’m also Christian. The apartment is in Washington Heights next to the 168th street station (A,C,1 train). It’s a 2bd 2bth with in-unit laundry and a balcony for $1900 per person. The apartment is 20 minutes from the city is you use the express A train. There’s neighborhood is peaceful with lots of shops nearby.

The apartment is also offering a month free. Again I’m looking for a long-term roommate, so at least a 12 month lease. If you are interested please reach out!
