Looking for a female roommate to rent one of our small room in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Twin or Full size bed can fit but it might be a little bit tight for a full size. There’s also a shared closet outside the room. We are looking for a roommate who’s quiet, clean, respectful & doesn’t bring the party at home. Someone who’s nice, chill & someone who we can hang out too/grab drinks 🙂 No smoking & no pets. We also have an extra room that we are currently transforming into a Movie room/chill room 🍿 Laundromat is around the corner less than 2 mins walk.

The room is $685 monthly
(might increase $30 nextyear) plus utilities $60-100 (wifi, heat & electricity)

7-10 mins walk from N train (Last stop N train) 15-20 mins away from manhattan. 10 mins walk to Astoria Park. We are also near lots of restaurants,fast food restaurants, tj maxx, banks, nail salon, spas, gym, cvs.
