Nice guest bedroom and guest bath are fully furnished (new furniture) for rent. I pay all utilities and there is a 42 inch tv in the guest room (cable & internet included). I often cook for 2 so dinner is provided most nights.
My 4 br house is in a great neighborhood in South Arlington near parks and Lake Arlington and 10 minutes from the Arlington Highlands (which has great restaurants and shopping). Free roam, use of kitchen and extra refrigerator in garage
Current roommate is moving out of state in July. Date is uncertain. Only looking for 1 roommate at the time and prefer a female roommate.
