Roommate needed in Marble Hill
Looking for a roommate to share my apartment after my current roommate moves. Available June 1. Students welcome!
The apartment is a one bedroom converted into a two bedroom. It is located in Marble Hill which is a small quiet neighborhood at the tip of Manhattan. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the 1 train and the Metro North so commuting into Manhattan is super convenient!
There is also many supermarkets and stores within walking distance.
The space has access to the kitchen, the fire escape and two large windows and gets plenty of sunlight!
Note that the tenant will be occupying the small bedroom. Ideal for someone who does not need a lot of space and doesn’t mind a lack of privacy.
Cost
$680/month not including utilities
I’ll need proof of income, first months rent + security deposit
