Extra sunny (unless foggy) 2 Bd / 1Ba apartment available to share. This charming and conveniently located unit is on the top of Nob Hill at the corner of Jones & Washington Streets. Enjoy the unique sounds of the Grace Cathedral church bells and the cable car running outside your window for that true San Francisco vibe, although generally a quiet street by city standards. Your sanctuary boasts partial downtown skyline views. The total unit is approximately 876 sq. ft. w/ ample closet space.

Amenities: Fully furnished apartment including all basic necessities in your room. The apartment is located close to the top floor with quiet neighbors. Newish refrigerator, carpet and paint, old dishwasher, and I have all kitchenware necessities (coffee maker, microwave, cookware, dish-ware, etc.; so only a little extra space for your kitchen items if needed). No TV, but you are welcome to put one in your room. Laundry facilities available in the basement. Communal roof deck with spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge, and the Downtown SF skyline. Building is located close to public transportation and is within walking distance to the Financial District, Union Square, Chinatown, Polk Street, North Beach, Embarcadero, etc. Walking score: 99

Your room will come furnished. It is roughly 12X12 if you include the bay window that runs along ~70% of one wall, but to be more precise, the room is 12X9 plus an 8X3 bay window and a large mirrored closet with dresser inside.

Rent: $1950/mo. Utilities are split evenly per month, which usually does not run over $50 for your share. A designated parking spot available at an extra cost/mo. through the building, so ask me for details if interested. Minimum 2 month stay.

About me: Nice, single grown female. I work a lot, but balance it out with some fun and exercise (city adventures, hikes, dance classes, yoga, etc.), while also enjoying the occasional lazy Sunday at home. Typically, I tend not to bring the party home, and hope the same of you. I like to live in an environment filled with good energy.

Roommate wanted: Nice, responsible and considerate. Someone who is not a couch potato, but also past the partier phase. Someone who keeps all common areas tidy and contributes to keeping it clean.
