Your own spacious bedroom + private bathroom. As seen in the photos, there’s enough space in for your own desk and queen or full bed.
If you like the bedroom décor, our roommate is willing to sell the furniture in the pictures for cheap. He’s sadly moving across the country.

The whole apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit (yay). Plus the building has a doorman, gym, swimming pool, and rooftop terrace with views of Manhattan.

You’d be sharing the apartment with Brit and Josh (a couple in their early 30’s) and Brody (a very cute dog). We’re all friendly and considerate.
Perhaps the most important note is that we use the communal space (living room & kitchen) as a quiet writing/work area every morning and most days, including on the weekends. We don't have – or want – a TV in the living room for that reason.
You are 100% welcome in the space at all times (it is communal and yours as much as ours to cook, relax, work, etc), but we want a roommate who respects our need for focus when we’re working.
If you're super extroverted and talkative and want your home to be the nexus of socialization –– perhaps we’d all make great friends... but we're probably not suited to live together.
All the above being said, we’re up for hanging out and do have guests, game nights, etc some evenings (and support you doing the same!).
P.S. Brit and Josh have been happily together for four years. We promise you won’t have to deal with any relationship drama.
