Third floor room for rent
This is a single room with walk in closet, large windows facing the woods, powerful ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The apartment is on the third floor, comes completely unfurnished, and is almost always completely silent. I rarely hear my neighbors and you can't hear anything from across the apartment either.
I never use the livingroom, almost always staying in my room, so you can utilize that space as well.
Full size washer and dryer, strong AC/Heating, AT&T Fiber internet, a nice balcony that overlooks the woods.
I do have a cat, and am not welcome to any additional pets (caged animals like snakes can be discussed).
