Hello! My name is Mackenzie and I am looking for a roommate to share this great space with! I am in my early 30s and have a 11-year-old Boarder-Collie named Styles. She is very smart, friendly and for the most part keeps to herself. I work a normal 40-hour week, 8-5 job from an office. I am very clean, quiet and enjoy a relaxing evening at home after work with an occasional glass of wine. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, going to see live music or a comedy show and love doing anything outdoors including hiking, camping, etc. I am very easygoing and respectful of others. My ideal roommate is someone who is similar in age and shares similar interests, clean, respectful of shared spaces, easy-going, open to socializing occasionally, willing to help with yard work and loves dogs. Looking for a great roommate to share this great space!
This place is in a great neighborhood with a beautiful park, rec center, and shops. It is centrally located, with easy access to all areas of Denver as well a quick 20-minute drive to downtown. The home has a fenced in yard, covered patio with patio furniture and fire pit, garage, two driveway parking spots, as well as free street parking, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, one newly remodeled bathroom to be shared and three bedrooms total. The third bedroom is a great extra space for an at home office, guest bedroom, extra storage exc. Along with my pup, I am open to having another dog under the right circumstances (gets along, house trained, exc.) Looking for a roommate to split the rent with it would be $1,250 ($2,500 total, utilities not included) and a 1,250 deposit. The home will be half furnished, so I am looking for someone who is wanting to make this space a cozy place to call home!
