Hi! Born and raised a midsized town girl but I am so excited to be living and working in NYC! I'm looking for a 2B/2B in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and hopefully find an affordable option with a dishwasher and laundry in unit, maybe even a private outdoor space in a best case scenario (would love for my cat to be able to peek outside from the best elevated perch of all time!)

I like having roommates because of less financial strain (would love to spend my money on food instead) and, while I mind my business and will respect you minding your own as well, I also equally so love to yip-yap and exist around like-minded individuals.

I am passionate about a lot of things, including communicating and upholding personal boundaries so that we can feel safe and accepted to exist in our space as we are no matter how much bandwidth we have. That being said, these are a couple of mine: I value keeping shared spaces generally tidy, but I'm also a maximalist and a nester, so if I sit somewhere every day I like to have all of my "stuff" there and I don't intend on resetting that part of the room to default mode daily. I wouldn't expect you to do that either. Running a dishwasher daily would be ideal, if that is not available they usually pile up for two or three days before I tackle it. I like to sweep every one to two weeks. I don't deep clean much further other than toilet maintenance and wiping the counter and maybe a door knob here and there down with a Clorox wipe weekly and before/after I cook. I am flexible and willing to compromise if you operate differently!

I work in the medical field so I like to talk about anything from interesting cases to the inequity of the system at large. If you like SNL, philosophy, yoga, are OK with living with a cat, I would love to talk sometime to see if we would be a good fit to live together and find a place!
