This sunny private bedroom is available in a 1,900 sq. ft. 4 bedroom house. We have 1.5 full bathrooms, dishwasher, large porch, internet, window A/C unit in the room, and laundry. Driveway parking available, plus good street parking. House also has a large yard (you do not have to do lawn care) and grill. Fully equipped kitchen. Utilities- Aqua and PECO are approximately $100, and will be split 3 ways, when the house has 3 tenets. Security deposit options include first and last or increased rate each month. LGBTQ+ friendly.
