Available Room for Rent
Looking for additional roommate
The room is located in a private house and is intended for one person only. Currently only my roommate, LeeAnna, and I, Anthony, reside in the house. Everyone has there own private bedroom. You will be sharing a bathroom with the roommate only. There is access to the kitchen and living room. No access to basement. A deposit is required in addition to the rent. The electric bill will be split amongst all of us. Also you must bring the following documents with you which are a valid ID, two reference letters and 2 recent paystubs. These must be brought in the day you come to check out the place so we can proceed with the renting process as soon as possible. The rent is cash only and you will be given a receipt. A deposit is also required and is the same amount as the rent. Please email me so we can schedule a day so you can see the place. You must contact me the day before to confirm the appointment time. The move in time is by mid February. Interviews will only be conducted on weekends. Keep in mind that the month to month lease will end June 2019.
