The room has two large windows letting in natural light and new private blinds and a stunning new chandelier. The room is spacious with a 10’ foot ceiling central air conditioning, heating, a large walk-in closet, and a beautiful bright private bathroom, and is in its own wing of the house very private. Close to the Golf course and Club House perfect afternoon lunch overlooking stunning mountain views. The house has a beautiful private swimming pool, jacuzzi, new washing and dryer, cable HBO, Hulu, Netflix, and Wi-Fi and the house is stunningly decorated and large. One parking space. 10-minute drive to downtown, markets, shopping, and restaurants. No Pets allowed, No Drugs, Non Smokers only, alcohol responsible and in moderation only, (Non-Alcohol Drinker preferred, a limited number of the quest allowed, some rooms of the house are restricted to use. working from home is not allowed, and utilities are not included—additional maid service costs. Professionals preferred couples only upon approval. 30 days minimum to pay for a room for the month but not required to stay 30 days. proof of income and security deposit and month-to-month.
