Currently looking for someone to rent out my spare room. Im currently a work at home customer advisor for a high quality fashion company but will soon be returning to office. I’m 28 I have two emotional support dogs. And two kids they do not live with me but they do come stay the night sometimes. The entire home is furnished besides the spare room.
I’m a semi home body semi busy body. Super friendly so would love someone to move in who can reciprocate those good vibes! I do have people over from time to time all very welcoming. Just want to share my home and build a good experience for myself and the opposing person. I do leave on occasion to see my kids, friends or help take care of my parents!
Also the complex is small and super clean each bbq has charcoal already provided. There are two TVs in the pool and fire pit area along with gas grills as well. The pool and gym are also 24/7 access. So let swap shows and music and be each other’s motivation to actually go to the gym and cut off all this quarantine weight I gained lol.
