HOUSE/ROOM Details:

I have a 2 BDRM 1 BA quaint cottage one block outside of University Park. FABULOUS central location with easy access to Inwood Village, Preston Center, Northpark Mall, Highland Park Village, Greenway Parks, West Village, downtown and Klyde Warren Park, as well as the North Dallas suburbs.

Large, spacious, green backyard with a patio table, chairs and umbrella. VERY quiet neighborhood with neighbors generally keeping to themselves. Great area to safely take long walks or you can head down to the Katy Trail (3.9 mi) or White Rock Lake (6.8 mi).

The guest bedroom is currently furnished with a vintage full/queen bed (and bedding) with a matching tall chest of drawers and dresser with drawers and a large mirror attached. You will have access to 1000Mbps fiber optic internet. There is also a cable outlet in the room should you wish to have cable TV. Main flat screen smart TV in LR has all the major channels and Netflix.

Kitchen has newer microwave, KitchenAid frig, Viking oven, Keurig single coffee maker, Vitamix blender and Asko washer and dryer. The house is all hardwood flooring (only vacuuming or Swiffer) except for the bath, which is marble.

I have a 15lb. miniature schnauzer (no shedding) that is timid but will not bite. Once she trusts you she is a joy but sadly she will always be afraid of most other dogs. LONG story. Warning: she barks at anyone that comes to the front door or walks down the sidewalk...usually. So this is a one dog house.

Please no illegal drugs, smoking or excessive noise. (I would like to remain on friendly terms with my neighbors.) Only a 1 car garage, so parking will need to be either in the drive or at the curb.

MY STATS:

As for myself, I don't drink alcohol, smoke or eat beef/pork (but ice cream is a YES.) I love to walk my dog, read, watch documentaries and listen to a variety of music (although profanity makes my ears hurt.) My cooking days, sadly are behind me. I like to keep it simple. I just bought a yoga mat as well as a zafu and zabuton and look forward to starting some online yoga classes and using some apps to learn how to meditate correctly.
