Hey Everybody! I am looking for someone who is interested in joining a lease for a Stuytown apartment. The apartment is cute and in a super convenient location right near Union Square where you can catch any train! It's right on 14th and B. With a target across the street! The rent is $1450 (give or take negotiation a new lease) and includes everything from rent, air conditioning, utilities, wifi and cable.
