I am a retired baby boomer that is currently on disability and retirement. This is my first time renting since the 80 s. I am renting a 1089 sa ft townhouse on June 17,2024. I am not dating and no plans to! I love to cook , stream movies, and I really enjoy sharing experiences with someone I can call a friend. I really don’t have a family and I prefer having a compatible roommate to enjoy my senior years with. Also, I need to save money for a car. The townhouse is located in a very safe, quiet and shaded area off of Vance Jackson near Huebner. I love to laugh and talk but I also enjoy peace and quiet. I’m not one to have company over nor am I one to have parties. I like to keep my life simple and I have done a lot in life so I am looking forward to peace.. I am very funny and witty. Extremely down to earth and confident. I’m looking for a nurture female friend that is comfortable keeping to themselves and also enjoys a meal and a movie.. I plan on living downstairs since it is easier for me to take my dogs out. Therefore I am renting the master bedroom upstairs and your own private bathroom.

Quiet and safe apartment/ townhouse complex on NW San Antonio
Upstairs/ downstairs townhouse all the way in the back of apartment complex.. there are only 10 townhouses. Since I am on the very last row, you can look outside and actually see trees. Gated complex called The Trails at Elm Creek” off Vance Jackson and Huebner near Cody library. 2 covered bus stops in a very quiet and shaded community. Call if interested in sharing the rent. Looking for a female in her 50s, on up. Must have a consistent income and no children or pets. This bedroom is the front upstairs master bedroom with the it’s own full bathroom inside room. I have another roommate across the hall that is very quiet. No parties and no alcohol or drugs. And please no mental issues that could cause chaos. Must have at least one reference and proof of income, background check. Requires 150.00 deposit and monthly CPS bill is split among 3,
